Midnight Bracelets

I went on a creative tear last night…

These bracelets remind me of something you would make in a summer fling.  I’ve had most of these beads since I was a kid.  Many are antique glass African trade beads, the moon snail shell is my favorite kind of seashell, and the colorful green beads (which sort of look like those cheap plastic beads we all had as kids) are actually a nice ceramic.  I used a brass button for the enclosure of the big bracelet which I purchased at Cadeaux du Monde is Newport for 2 bucks or something.  It was hand made by an artisan in … (I forget where, and  they are closed today.  Will get back to you!).
